As we grow, we're seeking experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Veterinary Technicians to join our team. We offer Flexible, long-term set schedules to support work/life balance No overnights or major holidays Duties Assist veterinarians with diagnostic procedures, including X-ray imaging, laboratory testing, and critical care interventions. Provide animal restraint and handling using proper techniques to ensure safety for both animals and staff. Perform laboratory work such as blood draws, sample processing, and other diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnosis. Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures like catheterization, wound management, and medication administration. Monitor hospitalized animals closely, providing routine nursing care such as administering medications and maintaining cleanliness. Handle kennel duties including cleaning, feeding, and monitoring animals' behavior to ensure a safe environment. Utilize veterinary terminology accurately when documenting patient records and communicating with team members. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to remain on your feet and actively working for 8+ hour shifts , including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and assisting with patient restraint and care.
Pay:
$20.00 - $32.00 per hour
