Our team of a skilled veterinarian and support staff are committed to ensuring the highest standards of medical care for our animal patients and exceptional service for their owners. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facility, cutting-edge medical equipment, and a warm, friendly environment. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Technician to join our team who has experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care and welfare, possess excellent technical and communication skills, and have a strong desire to work collaboratively within a dynamic veterinary team.
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarian during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures. Prepare instruments for surgery, ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and ready. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian. Collect and prepare blood, urine, and tissue samples for laboratory analysis. Perform diagnostic test, including radiographs (X-rays), and laboratory analysis. Provide nursing care and monitor the recovery of patients' post-surgery. Educate and advise pet owners on general pet care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Clean and maintain clinic facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to work Saturdays.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
