is based on experience and credentials Job Summary Enon Veterinary Hospital is privately owned clinic seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to provide hands-on patient care and clinical support in a varied, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has strong experience with anesthesia, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and surgical support and enjoys working with different doctors, caseloads, and workflows. Experienced veterinary assistants with strong clinical skills may also be considered. Qualifications - Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) Strong veterinary clinical and patient-care skills Experience with anesthesia and anesthesia monitoring Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing caseloads, workflows, and doctor preferences Ability to work full-time, 32-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays Preferred Current Ohio RVT certification Veterinary dentistry experience Surgical support experience Experience performing radiographs Experience collecting and processing samples for in-house and reference laboratories Responsibilities - Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) Monitor anesthesia and provide support during surgical procedures Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures Take diagnostic radiographs Collect samples for in-house and reference laboratory testing Provide treatments and hands-on patient care Educate clients on patient care, treatments, medications, and follow-up needs Assist veterinarians with examinations, procedures, and patient care Collaborate with doctors and team members to maintain high-quality patient care Adapt to varying caseloads, workflows, and doctor preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Benefits & Perks Health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid continuing education (CE) support License reimbursement Generous employee discount Flexible schedule 32-40 hour full-time schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional and clinical growth About Enon Veterinary Hospital Enon Veterinary Hospital is a collaborative veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets while delivering a positive experience for their owners.
