Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care and client communication. What You'll Do As an LVT on our team, your primary focus is the patient and the flow of the floor. You'll be the right hand to our veterinarians and a reliable peer to our assistants.

Clinical Excellence:

Perform professional dental cleanings, monitor anesthesia with a watchful eye, and execute precise blood draws and IV catheter placements.

Patient Advocacy:

Be the voice for those who can't speak. You'll monitor recovery, manage pain protocols, and ensure every patient stays comfortable and clean.

Lab & Diagnostics:

Run in-house diagnostics, prepare samples for external labs, and capture high-quality digital radiographs.

Team Synergy:

Jump in where you're needed. Whether it's helping an assistant with a difficult hold or double-checking a medication dose, you're here to make the whole team look good.

Client Education:

Translate "doctor speak" into plain English for pet parents, ensuring they feel confident in their at-home care instructions.

Qualifications Credentialed:

Active state license as a Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, or CVT).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in venipuncture, pharmacology, and surgical nursing.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure during emergencies.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
