We are a high-volume small animal practice seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a variety of cases, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Our assistants and technicians play an essential role in patient treatment, anesthesia, diagnostics, client education, and supporting our doctors in delivering high-quality medicine. What You'll Do Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures. Perform venipuncture, laboratory diagnostics, radiographs, and patient treatments. Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia. Provide compassionate nursing care and client education. Work collaboratively with doctors and teammates to provide efficient, high-quality patient care. Support hospital operations while maintaining excellent customer service. Schedule This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including opening and closing shifts, as well as rotating Saturdays. Candidates should be able to reliably fulfill these scheduling requirements as they are an essential part of supporting hospital operations. Occasional on-call coverage for Sundays and holidays. Qualifications College or college-equivalent education as required in becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred Comfortable performing venipuncture, laboratory procedures, anesthesia monitoring, patient treatments, and assisting with examinations and surgery. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to cross-train and assist where needed throughout the hospital. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is based on experience and credentials.
