Job Description

We're growing at Whistle Veterinary Clinic and looking for a compassionate, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join us! We're ready to add more support staff to help our amazing team continue providing top-quality care. We're hiring a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician who loves client education, animal care, and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. If you're skilled in patient restraint, anesthesia monitoring, dental procedures, lab work, and patient care — and you bring professionalism and compassion to everything you do — we'd love to hear from you. Pay:
$22-$27/hr depending on experience
Full Time Schedule:
Four day work week, closed on weekends

Requirements:
Washington State Veterinary Technician License (preferred) Small animal clinical experience 1yr preferred Responsibilities Client education and patient history intake Fear Free handling of feline and canine patients Induction of anesthesia Monitoring anesthetized procedures Performing dental procedures, including dental radiography Administering vaccines and medications, and dispensing medications Running in-house labs and preparing send-out lab samples Assisting the veterinarian during exams Preparing patient SOAP notes Other miscellaneous clinical and support duties
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
