College Way Animal Hospital is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team! We are a fast-paced, small-animal general practice that takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while making a meaningful difference in the community we serve. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our canine and feline patients Assist veterinarians with appointments, procedures, surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, and patient monitoring Perform treatments, diagnostics, laboratory work, and medication administration Educate and communicate effectively with clients regarding patient care and treatment plans Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client service team members Help create a positive, supportive experience for both our patients and their families Contribute to our hospital's strong commitment to supporting the local community What We're Looking For Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Washington State Previous small-animal veterinary experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a busy environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach Dependable, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive hospital culture Why College Way Animal Hospital?
