Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This is a part time role, working up to 24 hours a week. Duties include but are not limited to: Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically. Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Required. 1+ years of inspection, administrative, clerical, and customer service experience. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with conflict resolution techniques. Self-motivated, proactive, takes initiative, able to follow direction well. Time management and time critical prioritization skills Attention to detail with strong follow-up and follow through skills. Valid driver's license is required. #LI-PK1
