Code Enforcement Specialist (Part Time) Associa - 3.2 Glen Allen, VA Job Details Part-time 16 hours ago Qualifications Writing skills In-person customer service Conflict de-escalation Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Driver's License Clerical experience Full Job Description A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This is a part time role, working up to 24 hours a week. Duties include but are not limited to: Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically. Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards. Other duties as assigned.
