Job Summary Tomassian, Pimentel and Shapazian is seeking a detail-oriented, upbeat and efficient Intake Specialist to join our legal team. The job requires carefully screening potential new clients and drafting a memo that summarizes their claims or the reason they are seeking help. The role will involve taking and returning phone inquiries for medical malpractice claims, family law, employment law, probate, wills & trust and evictions. This role does require strong organizational skills, the ability to gather very personal information and the ability to maintain client confidentiality. Responsibilities Answer and return potential client calls. Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone, email, or in person in connection with their potential cases. Prepare a brief memo detailing the type of case, general facts and current status. Maintain and strictly adhere to confidentiality standards. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English. Previous experience (1-3 years). Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
