This role focuses on patient outreach, insurance verification, case recovery efforts, documentation management, and coordination with law firms and insurance carriers to maximize account recovery opportunities. Key Responsibilities Review and process attorney withdrawal letters. Update case statuses within company systems. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Conduct patient outreach via phone, SMS, email, and mail. Communicate with law firms and insurance carriers. Verify insurance coverage, claim status, MedPay, PIP, and liability information. Submit and track billing and medical records. Document all case actions accurately and timely. Manage follow-up schedules and recovery efforts. Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, legal, insurance, collections, or customer service environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with personal injury cases. Knowledge of insurance claims and recovery processes. Experience working with attorneys, law firms, or insurance companies. Healthcare administrative experience.
