We are looking for attorneys who enjoy helping clients navigate difficult situations with professionalism, compassion, and practical solutions. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Oregon State Bar. Minimum of five (8) years practicing Oregon family law. Significant litigation and/or mediation experience. Strong knowledge of Oregon family law and court procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with our team. Responsibilities Represent clients in family law litigation and court proceedings, as appropriate. Conduct family law mediations, as appropriate. Draft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents. Provide practical legal advice and exceptional client service. Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently.
