Full Job Description Description and Job Responsibilities:

The Detainee Services Coordinator (DSC) shall facilitate Services to the Detainees surrounding Security Risk Group. Responsibilities include; managing the detainee discipline process and other related administrative functions. This position will work directly for the Chief of Support Staff.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

Working skill in:

• Maintaining security, control and custody of detainees;
• Observing situations and recalling facts;
• Interacting with people of varied social, economic and cultural backgrounds;
• Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing;
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others;
• Listening effectively;
• Maintaining records and preparing reports;
• Performing tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Proficient in Microsoft word and excel

Training and Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of Correctional Experience, with 1 year as a Correctional Supervisor or Supervisory experience. An Associate's Degree or higher may be substitute for 1 Year as a Correctional Supervisor.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
