Location Doral Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 53138.53 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 93994.22 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. One year of administrative experience in accounting, grants management, FAMIS, ABDS, fiscal management, auditing and/or forecasting or related experience is required. Additional administrative experience in accounting, grants management, FAMIS, ABDS, fiscal management, auditing and/or forecasting or related experience may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis. Must possess a valid Driver's license. Preferences Experience with information systems like Miami‑Dade County's INFORMS; and supporting budget /financial management functions, including monitoring expense and revenue budgets is highly desirable. Recruitment Notes The Administrative Officer 2 in the Budget & Finance Bureau of the Miami-Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation Department will analyze and interpret financial and budgetary information, assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets, and perform accurate financial data entry. The position involves strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, and computer skills; and the ability to research information, reconcile data, prepare reports, and meet deadlines. Applicants will be subject to an extensive screening process to include background investigation, fingerprint check and polygraph examination.
