Job Overview No experience necessary! You will be responsible for supervising detainees, ensuring their well-being, and enforcing facility policies with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Monitor detainees through CCTV surveillance systems to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules. Conduct regular patrols of detention areas to observe behavior and identify potential issues or security breaches. Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate records by writing detailed reports on detainee behavior, incidents, and daily activities. Enforce facility policies by supervising detainee movements, searches, and interactions with staff and visitors. Administer first aid or CPR when necessary to provide immediate assistance in emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or transfers, ensuring proper procedures are followed. Requirements No experience necessary. Must pass a drug test! (A Medical Marijuana card will not forgive a failed drug test) Must pass a background check! (We cannot hire felons, or those with certain serious misdemeanors) Strong communication skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Work 12 hour shifts 7-7 with a 3 day weekend every other week. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and procedural standards.

Pay:

$2,800.00 per month
