Job Overview No experience necessary! You will be responsible for supervising inmates, ensuring their well-being, and enforcing facility policies with professionalism and integrity. You must be able to pass a drug test. You will need your actual social security cart. You must pass a background check, I cannot hire felons. Responsibilities Monitor detainees through CCTV surveillance systems and in person to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules. Conduct regular patrols of detention areas to observe behavior and identify potential issues or security breaches. Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, to de-escalate situations. Maintain accurate records by writing detailed reports on detainee behavior, incidents, and daily activities. Log security checks. Administer first aid or CPR when necessary to provide immediate assistance in emergencies. Requirements No experience necessary. Must pass a drug test! (A Medical Marijuana card will not forgive a failed drug test) Must pass a background check! (We cannot hire felons, or those with certain serious misdemeanors) Strong communication skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Work 12 hour shifts 7-7 with a 3 day weekend every other week. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and procedural standards.

$2,800.00 per month
