Court Monitor NRG Adventure Park Fargo, ND Job Details Full-time $13.50 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Outdoor work experience Conflict management Full Job Description Court Monitor Position As a Court Monitor at NRG Adventure Park, you are the guardian of fun and safety! You'll supervise all activity areas, enforce park rules, and keep energy high while ensuring every guest has a safe and memorable experience. Your positive attitude and vigilance help create an environment where families can play with confidence. Essential Job Functions Supervise guests on trampolines, ropes courses, slides, and other attractions to ensure safe play Enforce all park rules and safety procedures with a friendly but firm approach Interact with guests in an energetic, welcoming manner—answer questions and offer encouragement Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent unsafe activities Respond quickly and calmly to accidents, injuries, or emergencies; alert management as needed Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and play areas Assist with cleaning and maintaining activity areas to ensure a safe, tidy environment Support birthday parties and group events by helping organize activities and maintain order Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Participate in regular training sessions and safety drills Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old No experience required—training provided! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay alert, energetic, and positive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to enforce rules and handle minor conflicts with confidence and professionalism Comfortable working with children, teens, and families Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
