Job Description

Description Summary:
Provide online customer service, list firearms and manage all firearm transfers in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clear firearms using safety first procedures Accurately log firearms into and out of Federal Firearm License (FFL) logbook Clean firearms and prep for photography Photograph firearms for sale Accurately price and list firearms for sale online Discount aged inventory and re-list unsold items Ship firearms to a validated FFL dealer through EZcheck Responsible for transferring firearms out to stores Manage customer emails and phone calls Process money order payments, credit card payments, bank deposits and refunds Other duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements Qualifications:
Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):
High School Diploma or GED Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient on Apple/AOS systems Multiple online sales software platforms - eBay, Amazon, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Eligible to obtain any special state required licenses and/or certificates as required by law or the company Must maintain eligibility to be a responsible person on FFL license
Physical Requirements:

Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects PAL Management, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package.
