LP Job Summary:

This role focuses on transforming complex process designs into clear, actionable documentation and requirements for technical teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring that strategic process initiatives are accurately captured, structured, and efficiently moved forward through the delivery lifecycle. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed process maps and standard operating procedures. Draft structured business requirements documents for system enhancements. Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation and process workflows. Track project milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment. Support user acceptance testing and launch preparation activities.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven ability to document complex processes clearly. Experience using AI tools to accelerate work. Strong project coordination skills.

Experience within B2B marketing functions, marketing operations, or business operations is highly preferred.
