Full Job Description Job Description:
Receive and log MDR requests and associated records; verify package completeness, establish case files, and identify missing information for follow-up. Maintain accurate case data, document inventories, routing logs, suspense dates, and status entries in approved databases and tracking tools. Prepare records for review through document organization, scanning, indexing, labeling, and electronic file quality checks using authorized equipment and procedures. Route cases, referrals, and supporting materials to designated reviewers; track pending actions and elevate delays or discrepancies to the QualX lead. Draft routine acknowledgments, status correspondence, and transmittals using approved templates for review and authorization. Assemble completed case packages, reconcile page counts and attachments, and prepare records for handoff to the Government MDR Program Manager for final release. Support approved workflow improvements and automation by documenting intake steps, testing administrative tools, and tracking internal processing time separately from external review delays. Provide accurate workload and status data for production reporting; protect classified records and support inventory, storage, and workspace security procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active, fully adjudicated Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility; maintain required clearance and Government-approved access throughout assignment. Ability to organize physical and electronic records, enter and reconcile data accurately, manage competing suspenses, and follow written procedures. Working proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic document management or case tracking tools. Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Ability to work full time on site and complete all required security, facility, and declassification training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting MDR, FOIA, declassification, federal records management, or administrative case processing. Experience handling classified records, using SharePoint or tracking databases, and preparing correspondence and document packages. Salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000 annually.
