Document Scanning Specialist/ HR Records Clerk Location :
North Providence, RI 02904
Position:
HR Records Clerk Pay Rate:
$20.69/hr
Duration:
13-week assignment with potential extension based on project need
ASAP (targeting start within approximately two weeks)
IMPORTANT CALL OUTS
Supporting a large-scale HR records digitization project involving 1,000+ employee files Experience handling confidential employee information preferred DocuSign experience required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required
EXPERIENCE
1+ year of administrative, clerical, records management, or document scanning experience required DocuSign experience required Experience working with confidential documents strongly preferred HR department support experience is a plus
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Document scanning and imaging equipment Electronic document management systems DocuSign required Data entry and document indexing
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scan and digitize paper employee personnel files and HR documentation. Review scanned records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and image quality. Name, organize, and upload electronic files using employee ID numbers and established file naming conventions. Upload and maintain documents within DocuSign and designated electronic filing systems. Organize and index records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with records management standards. Assist with data validation and record integrity efforts. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information. Support document retention and records management initiatives. Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
