Document Control Coordinator

Job Description

Job Summary Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain controlled documentation, including site logbooks, production records, batch records, cleaning documentation, and associated tracking spreadsheets
  • Oversee document control activities by issuing, reviewing, updating, archiving, and maintaining both physical and electronic quality records in compliance with established procedures
  • Support the administration and maintenance of customer specifications, master files, and revision-controlled documents while ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional site personnel to communicate document status, coordinate updates, and ensure adherence to corporate document control requirements
  • Monitor quality system compliance, identify variances or process issues, communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders, and support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED with related administrative, documentation, or quality support experience, complemented by the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply business documents, technical procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, documenting findings, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Salary:
$17/hr.
