Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Classroom, office, laboratory, and field-based instruction. Physical ability to demonstrate or supervise fire service skills. Use of personal protective equipment during training evolutions. Travel to training sites, fire departments, or partner agencies.
