Hold a valid, Tennessee Fire Commission -Fire Instructor II Certification Academy Credentialed Instructor (ACI) in Introduction to Fire and Emergency Services and Basic Firefighting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Classroom, office, laboratory, and field-based instruction. Physical ability to demonstrate or supervise fire service skills. Use of personal protective equipment during training evolutions. Travel to training sites, fire departments, or partner agencies. Evening or weekend instruction as needed. Compliance with all safety standards during practical and live training activities.
