He/she must be proactive in providing quality customer service and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, and in a timely and effective manner. The successful candidate must have good customer service skills and be able to handle dual tasks. Being proactive in providing quality customer service is a must! No experience required, will provide training for the position. But, previous experience is a plus. Responsibilities including, but no limited to: Handling import documentation, tracking, shipment status updates, customs release, ISF input, data entry. Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data collection and analysis Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and clients Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively No experience required, will provide training for the position. But, previous experience is a plus.

Pay:
