Job Description

The Newburgh Heights Police Department Fulltime Patrol Officer Positions Must be OPOTA certified before starting. Zero deductible health care plan to include dental and vision benefits. Paid vacations, holiday and personal leave incentive, generous uniform allowance, and ballistic vest program. Our agency is also an active participant in the following:
  • United States Marshal's Service Violent Fugitive Task Force
  • Cuyahoga County OVI Task Force - Checkpoints and Saturation Patrols
  • Drone Unit
  • Covert Sting Operations with Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement
  • Bike Patrol Unit
  • Human Trafficking Task Force We have a comprehensive training program and opportunities to attend various regional training events.
