full-time Corporate Associate | New Haven, CT Our reputable firm client is seeking a qualified Associate to join its litigation practice in New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 8 years of law firm experience with ECVC and/or M&A matters ; experience with corporate governance matters and securities law compliance is preferred. The salary range for this position is $185,000 - $275,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
