Responsibilities:

Manage uncontested probate matters from initial review through completion, ensuring each file advances in a timely manner.
Oversee trust and estate administration activities, including tracking status, preparing for next steps, and maintaining organized case progress.
Provide court coverage for routine proceedings and appearances as needed.
Evaluate case developments, identify immediate priorities, and move matters forward based on procedural requirements.
Communicate with clients regularly to explain status updates, answer questions, and outline upcoming actions.
Monitor each matter closely to ensure deadlines, filings, and follow-up tasks are addressed appropriately.
Coordinate legal case progression by maintaining awareness of where each file stands and what is required next. Requirements
Experience handling probate matters, including uncontested proceedings.
Background in probate and estate administration.
Working knowledge of probate law and related court processes.
Ability to assess case status and determine appropriate next actions.
Strong client communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates.
Comfort with basic court coverage and routine legal appearances.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple files.
