Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of family law experience to join our growing North Carolina practice serving clients throughout the greater Raleigh area. If you're a strategic litigator who thrives in the courtroom, values compassionate client advocacy, and is passionate about helping families navigate life's most challenging transitions, we'd love to hear from you.

With more than 25 years of serving North Carolina families, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional legal representation in divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, domestic violence, guardianship, and other family law matters.

Responsibilities-Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
  • Draft pleadings, motions, separation agreements, custody agreements, and other legal documents
  • Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance throughout the litigation process
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients while delivering exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
Qualifications-J.D
  • Active license and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
  • 5+ years of family law experience required
  • Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience
  • Experience handling divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence matters
  • Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively within a team.
