Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of family law experience to join our growing North Carolina practice serving clients throughout the greater Raleigh area. Responsibilities-Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
With more than 25 years of serving North Carolina families, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional legal representation in divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, domestic violence, guardianship, and other family law matters.
Responsibilities-Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, separation agreements, custody agreements, and other legal documents
- Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance throughout the litigation process
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
- Maintain proactive communication with clients while delivering exceptional client service
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
- Active license and good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
- 5+ years of family law experience required
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience
- Experience handling divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence matters
- Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload while working collaboratively within a team.
