Seeking an Attorney to handle and assist with general litigation matters.
Summary:
Seeking a New Jersey-licensed Attorney with 1-5 years of relevant legal experience to join a full-time legal practice. The attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and be responsible for planning, developing, researching, and filing matters across multiple practice areas. Key Responsibilities Handle and assist with general litigation matters. Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and legal precedents. Prepare, develop, and file legal documents and pleadings. Assist with tax appeals and land use/development matters. Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong client relationships. Work collaboratively with attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and legal matters. Maintain strict client confidentiality. Manage legal administration and case-related responsibilities. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school. Active admission to practice law in New Jersey. 1-5 years of relevant legal experience. Strong legal research, writing, oral communication, and presentation skills. Excellent analytical and information-management abilities. Strong client contact and relationship-management skills. Ability to interpret and apply new laws, statutes, and legal precedents. Strong organizational and legal administration skills. Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
