Responsibilities:

Work with senior attorneys to prepare cases for filing with USCIS, DOL, and other federal agencies. Communicate with various federal agencies to facilitate case processing Research and write briefs, motions, and other pleadings related to immigration law Draft forms Review case submissions and respond to paralegal questions Meet with Clients to understand their needs and offer solutions ​​

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in any state or territory of the United States Previous experience in immigration law preferred but not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills
