Poplar & Mason, LLC is an established Ohio law practice seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join us in Sheffield Village. We are looking for a talented litigator who is ready to take real ownership of their own cases and client matters — not someone who needs to be trained from the ground up, but a capable colleague who can hit the ground running. This is a hybrid-remote position to start, with an expectation of transitioning to a greater in-person presence over time. Qualifications:

We focus on representing businesses and insureds, with a focus in the automotive industry and auto dealers. The successful candidate will take responsibility for their own caseload across one or more of the following areas: Motor vehicle sales and titling Business Litigation Consumer law and litigation (business side) Insurance defense / casualty litigation Employment law and litigation (employer side) Ohio Attorney General, OCRC, EEOC Investigations Business and Property transactions/acquisitions Business entity formation and governance Litigation experience is required. Experience and/or genuine interest in one or more of the practice areas above is preferred. Prior experience in the automotive industry or representing auto dealers is a significant plus, though not essential.
