Responsibilities for this position include conducting real estate transactions and drafting documents such as business creation filings, powers of attorney, and simple wills. Compensation offers will depend on skill-sets, experience, and other factors.

• Current South Carolina license to practice law (active status) is required for all applicants
• Candidates with licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina are particularly encouraged to apply
• Preference may be given for experience working South Carolina matters
• Preference may be given to candidates located in the Grand Strand of South Carolina. The firm currently operates three offfices in that region.
