Responsibilities First responder to calls from our stores, home office and distribution center partners regarding escalated incidents regarding safety, crisis management and emergency issues Responds to initial emergency issues and coordinates appropriate actions per policy related to all enterprise office locations and stores globally Works under stress and defuses emotional situations while delivering instructions regarding associate safety Demonstrates expert written and verbal communication skills to accurately report incidents dealing with theft, safety, and other asset protection issues Monitors the security and safety for all associates, including those who travel internationally or work at our global office locations Monitors access control, burglar alarms, fire safety systems, and CCTV systems and coordinate issue resolution with the enterprise asset protection team Monitors internet, social media, news, and vendor media sources for global security issues, following protocol in case of an emergency situation Accurately report incidents dealing with theft, safety, and other asset protection issues Performs other duties as may be assigned by the EOC leadership team Qualifications Preferred experience in a crisis management command center or call center equivalent Security/Safety or Retail Assets Protection experience Ability to fluently speak a second language a plus Exemplary customer service and listening skills Ability to establish trust and cultivate relationships within a team-oriented environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast paced environment; including diffusing emotional situations. Ability to work a flexible schedule including a combination of days, evenings, nights, and weekends totaling 40 hours per week with occasional overtime Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint Education Relevant work experience, a college degree, or course work study related to international affairs, emergency management, or criminal justice; preferred Core Competencies Drives Results Action Oriented Collaborates Decision Making Nimble Learning Benefits Feeling good starts with you.
