Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! We have openings in Dothan and Ozark! This position will provide front-desk support, assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, and support our real estate closing department. Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with general inquiries. Schedule appointments and conference rooms. Manage mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Open and maintain client files and assist with scanning, filing, copying, and data entry. Process client payments and assist with invoicing. Organize real estate closing files and assist with closing-related administrative tasks. Assist with title insurance policies and post-closing packages. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately. Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous law office, title company, real estate, professional office, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
