This position is responsible for handling pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively provide support to injured clients
• Establish professional relationships with clients to obtain vital case related information
• Gather, review, and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phase
• Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney
• Maintain electronic and paper files

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal injury Paralegal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
