Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Legal Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support a diverse range of legal practices including estate planning, real estate and governmental law. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional administrative support to attorneys and clients and will develop their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. Duties Manage files ensuring accurate filing, organization and retrieval of documents. Provide administrative support by handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, scheduling meetings and attorney calendars. Type and proofread legal documents for accuracy and consistency. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong skills in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Helpful attitude.
