Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Manage and organize legal documents, including reviewing, proofreading, and editing
Assist with legal case management, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings
Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and memos
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Perform data entry and update client information in the firm's database
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for attorneys Experience
Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm or legal department is preferred
Proficiency in using legal case management software (e.g., iManage) is a plus
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
