In this role, you will provide essential support for real estate transactions, specifically purchases and refinances. Your expertise will help ensure smooth legal processes, accurate document management, and effective communication with buyers, realtors, attorneys and lenders. This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a top tier South Shore law firm specializing in Real Estate transactions. Responsibilities Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as closing disclosures, title commitments, closing packages, deeds, and affidavits. Assist with due diligence reviews, title matters, and preparation of closing documents for real estate transactions. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title insurance companies, and government agencies to facilitate smooth closings. Manage files using legal support software such as E-closing and Quaglia . Conduct research on property records, municipal, and probate matters. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion while maintaining accuracy in document review and filing processes. Skills Strong knowledge of real estate conveyancing law, REBA title standards. Experience with e-closing and Quaglia. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Effective communication skills for client interaction, drafting clear and accurate legal documents. Ability to handle administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, document review, and maintaining procedural compliance.
