My practice is known for being caring, compassionate, assertive, detail-oriented, and strongly focused on the well-being of each client. I am seeking a dependable, personable, and organized Legal Assistant to become an important part of my practice. This is more than an administrative position. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands that family law clients often need both excellent legal support and a calm, reassuring human presence. You will work closely with me in a collaborative environment. While I draft my own pleadings and correspondence, I value having an assistant who is interested in understanding the goals, strategy, and larger picture of each case. I enjoy discussing cases and problem-solving with my assistant so that we can work together effectively and provide thoughtful, responsive service to our clients. The right person will be pleasant and professional with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and everyone who contacts the office. You should be comfortable learning and following established procedures, using legal software, managing details, and taking pride in doing things accurately and thoroughly. Responsibilities

Monitor incoming mail, email, court notices, and other communications, ensuring that items are properly routed, saved, calendared, or addressed
