Eden Prairie, MN with 3-4 days in office CSI Companies is hiring a Paralegal for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Eden Prairie, MN (near the intersection of Shady Oak Rd and City West Pkwy). Job Summary The Paralegal is primarily responsible for supporting enterprise-wide contracting initiatives by partnering with Legal and Procurement teams on agreement administration, document review, contract updates, and compliance-related activities. This role will help streamline contract operations, improve process efficiency, and manage high-volume workloads across a complex corporate environment.
Pay :
$32+ an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours:

Support the full contract lifecycle, including intake, review, revision, execution, renewal, and ongoing administration of commercial agreements Prepare and update contract-related documents, including amendments, summaries, templates, notices, and other legal support materials Maintain contract records, monitor key dates and obligations, and ensure documentation is organized within contract management systems Collaborate with legal counsel, procurement professionals, compliance partners, and business stakeholders to facilitate timely contract processing and issue resolution Assist with enterprise contract remediation and process improvement initiatives while identifying potential risks or non-standard terms for attorney review Generate reports and provide operational support for contracting programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures Requirements 10+ years of experience supporting contract administration, legal operations, paralegal functions, or related business processes Bachelor's Degree or higher Proven experience reviewing, organizing, and managing commercial agreements throughout the contract lifecycle Strong knowledge of contract documentation, governance practices, and record management within a corporate environment Experience working cross-functionally with legal, procurement, compliance, sourcing, and business teams Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience Experience within healthcare, banking, or financial services organizations Familiarity with technology, professional services, vendor, and operational agreements
