We are a team of nine attorneys and are looking to add a fourth full-time paralegal to support our attorneys and clients. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy practice. Family law experience is preferred, but we are also open to a recent paralegal graduate or someone nearing completion of a paralegal program who is eager to learn and grow with our team. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys and other members of our support team and will assist with: Preparing and filing pleadings, correspondence, affidavits, discovery, and other court documents Managing case files, deadlines, and calendars Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals Assisting with discovery, including gathering and organizing financial records and other documents Preparing exhibits and materials for hearings, mediations, and trials Assisting attorneys with case preparation and ongoing case management E-filing and e-serving documents through the Minnesota court system Providing clients with responsive and professional support throughout their cases The ideal candidate will have: A paralegal degree, certificate, or comparable legal experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Experience in family law is preferred.
