Primarily practicing commercial and residential real estate, land use/zoning, corporate law, estate administration, personal injury, condominium/cooperative/timeshare law and general litigation. Looking for highly skilled and experienced part-time paralegal/legal assistant. Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented member to join our team. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions and briefs with precision and clarity. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies across diverse practice areas. Support project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives by coordinating deadlines, filings, and client communications. Handle administrative duties including filing documents with courts or agencies, maintaining case calendars, and managing correspondence. Interact professionally with clients through phone calls and written communication while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with legal administrative tasks such as preparing billing reports, mailings, and supporting attorneys in a variety of case matters. Experience Minimum of 3 years relevant law firm experience. Strong knowledge of procedural law processes and familiarity with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. Demonstrated ability to manage case files efficiently using document management systems like iManage or PCLaw. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Word processing software, and legal writing tools. Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing documents or conducting research; strong writing skills for drafting correspondence and legal documents.
