Job Description

Client Intake & Communication:

Greet clients warmly, answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages

Calendar & Schedule Management:

Coordinate and schedule client consultations, court hearings, mediations, and internal legal meetings using the firm's case management software.

Document & Records Management:

Scan, log, and organize physical and digital documents, ensuring all client files are accurate, up to date, and appropriately categorized.

Mail & Correspondence Handling:

Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier deliveries, and draft basic legal correspondence or templates under attorney supervision.

Billing & Administrative Support:

Assist with entering attorney billable time, preparing monthly client invoices, processing payments, and tracking office supply inventories.

Court Readiness:

Assemble physical binders, legal evidence packets, and necessary documentation for meetings or court appearances.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required;

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Adobe Acrobat. Core Competencies Strong organizational capabilities with a meticulous eye for detail. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently in a deadline-driven environment. Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive family case file information.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Flexible scheduling options available (e.g., 4-5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, or 3 full days per week).

Hourly Rate:

$18.00

•$22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

$18.00
