Paralegal Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the handling of Property and Automobile subrogation claims Draft pleadings and motions related to civil litigation Additional related work as assigned Communicate effectively with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters Maintain computerized diaries using organizational and computer skills Paralegal Job Requirements Experience in civil litigation Worked in automobile property damage and PIP subrogation claims Ability to speak with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters Strong organizational skills needed to maintain computerized diaries Prior experience drafting and filing pleadings Knowledge of insurance subrogation (a plus) Experience working with MS Word, Case Management Software, Adobe, and Outlook Detail-oriented with strong verbal and writing skills Reliable team player with a strong work ethic Please call or text (732) 228-8985 for immediate consideration System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
