Role and Responsibilities:
The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing Legal support on all Construction matters and documents including but not limited to: Construction contract preparation, revision and processing Providing other construction document support Performing legal research Providing additional support to the Legal department, as needed

Technical Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience Demonstrated interest in the legal field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro The expected salary for this position is $60,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
