What are the responsibilities and duties of a Senior Immigration Paralegal? Communicating with clients, performing intakes and completing USCIS applications such as but not limited to Adjustment of Status, Cancellation of Removal. Asylum and Work Authorization applications. Providing clients with a case status updates whether on the phone or in-person Assisting our attorneys with file organization, case preparation including but not limited to submissions to USCIS and Immigration Court Your qualifications and skill set: Bachelor's degree in the field of law or earned Paralegal Certificate 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal Fluency in Spanish, Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi is strongly preferred, including willingness and ability to interpret and translate when needed. Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be highly organized and detail oriented, and possess strong time-management skills. Excellent use of software applications such as Google apps, Microsoft Word, and Cerenade Ability to work both independently and as part of a team when required Why Work Here?
