Job Description
Nassau County Attorney (Syosset) looking for Paralegal/Legal Assistant to assist in day-to-day functions of the office.
Duties:
Answer multi-line telephone system, direct calls, and take accurate messages Greet clients and visitors in reception area Process incoming and outgoing paper mail, emails, and facsimiles Maintain attorney calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls Track rent, invoices, insurance of a shopping center managed by the office In-Office and some Remote workSkills/Qualifications:
Speak and write exceptionally well (English) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook) Excel knowledge must be of higher standards Working knowledge of Dropbox Operate general office equipment (copy machine, fax machine, etc) Must obtain Notary Public License within six (6) months of hire (employer will pay all costs for testing)Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:
