The Darren Findling Law Firm, PLC is seeking a paralegal for its Independence, OH office. Candidates will be expected to cross-train in a variety of office functions and will work in a team environment. This is a very busy practice that thrives on hard-working, enthusiastic professionals.
Responsibilities:
Drafting, filing, and serving pleadings, including motions, petitions, orders, inventories, accounts, notices, and other probate-related pleadings Communicating with clients, courts, and counsel, including scheduling and confirming appointments and hearing dates Scanning and filing documents Monitoring deadlines Managing a caseload from start to finish with assistance from the supervising attorney
Requirements:
