We are looking for a dedicated professional who enjoys helping families through the estate administration process and is seeking a long-term position in a supportive, family-friendly work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, compassionate, and able to manage estate matters independently while providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of estate administration from opening through closing.
  • Prepare probate petitions, inventories, accounts, inheritance tax returns, receipts and releases, and related court filings.
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and government agencies.
  • Gather and organize financial information and asset documentation.
  • Prepare estate accountings and reconcile estate bank accounts.
  • Assist with distributions and closing estates.
  • Maintain accurate case files and monitor deadlines.
  • Work closely with attorneys to ensure matters are handled efficiently and accurately. Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of estate administration experience preferred.
  • Experience preparing estate accountings and working with estate finances is required.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Who You Are

Salary:
